Hey guys i just bought a 2002 subaru outback to add to my 1998 legacy. The 2002 subaru outback lock and unlock system is fine but the lights do not flash but the horns beep responsibly

The lights may not be hooked up to the alarm system.  You would need to verify that they are hooked into the alarm and programmed to flash.

 

Is this the factory alarm system or an aftermarket one?
