High revs in between gear change

hi all.the car ia legacy 01 gl,2.0 manual 5 gear.

 

i don't know if this behavior is normal.

 

when I change gears revs stay high or better to say they decrease rather slow than on other manual transmission car I have drowe.

 

example. I shift from second to third gear on 3000 rpm. Revs slowely fall to arround 2000 before I chabge to third. other cars usually drop rpm to 900 rpm when I press clutch. than you spoob up and rev up with clutch.

 

so is this normal computer behavior or?

 

also does anybody knows how to take plastic net cover over speakers. I cant find it in manual.
