Wheels & Tires for '87 GL

Featured Replies

Hey guys, so I NEED to replace the wheels and tires on my '87 GL with a 2" jaws lift for a couple of reasons; 1) they are COMPLETELY bald, and 2) they are on loan from one eye and I would like to give them back to him. Anyways, I'm more or less trying to replicate the set up and would like some confirmation on my thinking.... or would love to hear some other perspectives!!! Keep in mind I have a $230 gift card to discount tire, so that is where I'm gonna buy my rubbers  :brow:

My main concern with the wheels is that they have the correct bolt pattern to drill to fit the 4x140.... My second concern is finding someone to drill them for me (I live in Edmonds and work in Smokey Point), so if anyone is willing or knows anyone that would be, I would be forever grateful!!! Here is the link..............

As for the tires, these are the same size as the ones I have on now (plus some tread) and I really like the way the car sits. If anyone knows of a better set for a similar price I am all ears!!!

Any and all feedback is welcome!!!!!

Cheers!!!!
