93 loyale no start

Featured Replies

I have a 93 Loyale w/ SPFI 183,00+ miles. After changing timing belts and head gaskets ( this is not my first rodeo), the car does not start. It will only fire after pouring gas down intake. What I have done so far.... Tested injector and if I did that correctly only had an ohm reading of .1 I have since replaced with new injector and now I can see fuel on the butterfly, which I didn't see before and there is not a lot just wet. I have replaced ecu with known working one, changed disty, and had to replace coil due to oil leakage. There has been no change... I can hear clicking when turning disty back and forth by hand with key on, and I assume that it's ok. I hear fuel pump cycle and fuel in making it to the injector ( took injector out and watched fuel fill injector bowl ) There are the typical clicks when turning key on. I have also changed the resistor below the coil. Pisses me off car ran great then this... It's been 4days since I got back together, I need to step back, drink heavily
