Looks like my flasher modular is gone (Turn signal and flashers don't work properly). I've found the location of the modual for other model years....

 

Where would it be located for a 2009 forester?

Found it with the help of another member...thanks a bunch!!
 

It is mountred (the beige cube) on the top of the relay panel, which is on the right side of the fuse panel. Here are some pictures in case anyone else can use the info.
