Hey guys. I am about to rebuild an ej 2.2 for an 88 Rx engine upgrade. The motor has like 248,000 miles and was going to rebuild it. Can I get a list of what I should definitely replace and what to check and look for? 

I know some of you have done this before so I was asking for some hind sight.
