Hello.  and thanks for receiving me.  I've already learned quite a bit just in lurking mode.   I recently purchased a 1997 Impreza Sport 2.2 with 150,000 miles and I'm determined to see that number double.  

Welcome! You'll get there. My daily driver is the same - 97 OBS which is at 278,000 and counting. Keep the fluids fresh and topped off and they just go and go!

Great purchase! Our 1996 Legacy with its legendary 2.2 is just about to hit 275k miles, and our 1993 Impreza (1.8 liter) is going strong at a mere 220k miles (both daily drivers). Take care of your new ride and it will definitely make it.
