Hey everyone I was wondering if using these lowering springs http://www.andysauto...in00040788.html


would work on a 99 legacy L with stock struts. Ive hear many things about it of it working but sometimes you need to replace the top hats. 


 


Im not worried about the brake line that would dangle because thats an easy fix.
