I desperately need help. If I hold my car at a steady idle of about 2500 it will drop down about 100rpm then go back to 2500. Just changed spark plugs and gapped to 1.1mm also put a new dist cap. The idle is also very low.

 

When I drive once it gets past the 2500 mark its a sudden burst of power.

 

Car is mpfi ea82t

Also no vacuum leaks and recently changed intake manifold gaskets

 

Could the culprit be knock sensor or 02?
