My 91 legacy seat belts just started acting up. They both work but the dash light blinks indicating seat belt not on. When sitting and driving I can hear both sides of the belts make a little movement, both sides, can hear and see a little movement. Is this the seat belt computer freaking? Happens to both sides.

Automatic belts?

They're notorious for having problems. Usually they get stuck halfway or something. Most people just unplug them.

Thanks for responding, I'm just thinking since both sides have a common issue it would be the timer/computer under rear speaker that's the controller. Looking for anyone with similar issues.
