Inner fuel injection hose leaky.

Here's this photo.

I was use plier for removed the hose but somehow damage leaky. So, I was went to Subaru dealership cost me $80 for new hose. But I'm not going pay for that..

 

I'm asked if can use regular common fuel injection hose with metal clamp.. Thats will be work for that?

What's called this part? Inner hose fuel injection? But let me know what name of this.. Which is I can ask to LQK part in my hometown local.
