Help with headlight bulb replacement for 2005 Baja

Purchased correct headlight bulb ( 9007). Managed to remove old bulb, and install the new bulb. But was unable to install the bulb holder in the headlight assembly correctly. The bulb holder should turn clockwise to lock. I'm not finding the correct placement for the bulb holder?
