March 10, 201511 yr i trieed to remove the pcv hoses from the valve covers on my 88 dl e82 and the hoses were hard as a rock and broke is it possible to get molded hoses or just get vacume line and sort of put them on?
March 10, 201511 yr i had the same issue with my old wagon they were cracked on the very end. i went to the dealership and they have them just a little spendy for hoses. if you find some same inside diameter pcv/oil resistant hose that would fit i dont see why it wouldnt work just would not be pre-molded like stock .just my .02 Edited March 10, 201511 yr by SoobDood05
March 10, 201511 yr I failed a smog test because I used regular 5/8' hoses. I do not know the situation in Washington but in California they made me to go to the dealer and buy EMISSION hoses there, They were not very expensive - somewhere around 7 to 15 dollars. Sam
