Hi everyone.bought a 99 foreaster n love it.noticed wiring too seats.can these be connected also fog lights. has blank switches on dash.is wiring there.thanks

You may be able to connect the heated seats wiring/switch and same with the fogs. The 06 Legacy I had was pre-wired for fogs, so there was a kit with a new switch and fogs that made everything work. I'd suggest posting a separate thread in the New gen forum asking that question.
