So I pulled my motor and now when I release the Ebrake the car won't move any reason? And will there be a problem when I go and install the motor later?

Try releasing the brake line pressure from the bleeder valves. Maybe there is a clog in the line causing it to be stuck..  Or froze caliper like TSB said.
