Oil leaking from driver's side

Featured Replies

I've seen people swearing by Trans-x on other threads so you might read up on that first. :)

Ended up the tranny fluid was reaching the "L" on the hot side. Dumped a qt of fluid in and about a quarter bottle of Lucas. Already seeing a noticeable difference. Still a little clunky when going into/out of reverse, but that's improved since the other day.

Also looks like I've got a small oil leak around the filter. Next oil change I'll take a better look at it, but it doesn't look to be a huge deal.

Thanks for the input, I'll look into that later on. Already had the Lucas in my garage, so I used what I had available to me at the time. Always good to get other options though. :-)
