Anybody know how to remove the bit of the dash panel just above the drivers knees?  I need to gain access there, and would rather be able to put it back when I'm done.  I'm talking about the panel that has the windshield wiper variable parking switch on it..

 

The screws and such for getting this thing off arn't really obvious to me.
