97 Outback Impreza Sport

 

The AC/Heat blower rarely comes on. Every now and then it will work after the car has been running for a while, but it usually doesn't even do that.

 

Any thoughts?

Most likely a worn out blower motor.

Blower motor sticks down under the dash on the passenger side behind the glove box. Turn the key On, turn the fan switch On and if it doesn't work, snack the bottom of the motor with a screwdriver handle a few times. If it starts working, the brushes in the motor are worn out, replace it.
