My 2015 Forester has factory installed navigation. I find it annoying that the navigation system does not show turn-by-turn street listing when the vehicle is in motion. On our car, we can see turn-by-turn street listing only when the Forester is stationary. Is it possible to reset the system to enable us to see turn-by-turn when the vehicle is in motion?

I think that should be covered in the user manual for the NAV system.

 

It's possibly a "safety" feature to keep you from looking at the screen while driving.
