Wheel size questions

Featured Replies

So I've seen that some people have used the 15"x6" trailer wheels for their lifted Subaru's, I'm in the process of building a lifted GL, was wondering if it would be fine to run 235/75r15's on these wheels with no problems?

I have a 37x12.50 spare tire for my jeep that is mounted on a 15x6 wheel. I've driven in a couple hundred miles without any problems before. I'm willing to be you will be fine...

Really?? I plan to do lots of wheeling too, so I'm just kind worried lol

You will be fine. You're Driving a 2000 pound car and fairly low pressures. Again to jeeps I ran my 37s on 15x8s for years and never blew a bead. Well I take that back, I got hit by a dirtbike and his bike blew the bead on one of my tires. I really don't think it's an issue. If you are that worried get a 7 inch wide rim.
