hi all. Just wondering if you can name this part. I have a EJ25 USA version which this is on and a JDM EJ25 which doesn't. I am thinking of swapping the U.S. Intake on the JDM as I have a US wiring harness.

I believe that is the purge control solenoid. Japan had different emissions requirements than the US and as such different emissions systems.

 

Base the intake and drivers side cam sprocket/crank sprocket on what computer you are using not the engine.

Evap canister purge solenoid.

 

Agreed. Use your US intake and wiring.

Check the reluctor teeth on the back of the drivers side intake cam sprocket and crank sprocket. Swap your originals on if they're different.
