Hi, I'm new on here, I hope you can help me,

 

My boyfriend was replacing led bulbs in my angel eyes and for some reason the side lights and back lights have blown....headlights and brake lights are fine......he had removed the blue leds for mot and was putting them back and at first he thought he had just blown side lights until he noticed back light weren't working either...any idea's please?
