In this video, if you listen closely there's a rapid ticking noise, I have yet to inspect further. It's not a heat sheild. Only makes the sound at 3-4K rpm, if you hit 4500 it's gone. I'll take the covers off Tuesday and inspect the tensioner but in the mean time I thought I'd ask!

Nope, file too large... Would the tensioner make noise at a specific rpm range only? Never at idle.

tensioners have a bearing in them...remove, pop the seal, and see if its dry of grease or has any lateral play. If so replace it.
