OBDII Code P0560

Featured Replies

Hello,

I jumpstarted another vehicle with my 2015 Legacy, and immediately got a CEL with Code P0560. I know it means low system voltage, but Alternator is working, Battery is good, connections are good... I have tried to clear it, but keeps coming back after a few seconds. Freeze-frame log below if needed or helpful. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,

Also good to note: have driven over 150 miles since over the course of 3 weeks.

Evidently I can't attach a txt log attachment, and cannot paste its contents either. If anyone needs info to help decipher this that may be in the log (like Volage: 14.2V) let me know.

I'd start by checking fuses. EFI maybe? Big and small. But go through the fuses and if you find any blown, replace, reset codes and see if it comes back.

Surges can blow them. Had this happen a few times when charging or replacing batteries. Same could happen from jumping another car.

Was beginning to wonder if I was alone on this... Google Searches, forum searches, all turned up the code description (which I knew). I will go through the fuses asap and post results (hopefully good results). Thanks!

#15: PU B/UP fuse... although I can't determine what PU means (assuming b/up means "back up" (lights?))
