Well, I just bought my first Subaru ever: a 2017 Forester 2.5i Premium. I will take possession of it on Thursday. Very excited!

    Congratulations! I hope you love it for many years to come. I bought my Forester in October of 2000 and am very attached to it. I especially like a manual transmission and our local dealers don't even get new ones this way. The CVT is certainly smooth. I helped my mom buy one last year. It is very refined and several inches taller than my 2001. May you and your Forester have many good explores together. Have you got any trips planned yet? I urge you to open the moonroof and windows and soak in the scene whenever possible. Peace, Denis
