I have had my 2017 Impreza Premium 5dr for about 2 weeks now and the stereo has been a little qwirky. First I had a problem with the back up camera, that problem seems to have gone away. But, for the 2nd time my radio presets have gotten delated. The touch screen buttons just say Intiallzing. I can reset them. My phonebook has also been deleted.

I'm probably going to go back to the dealership.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue

Sometimes things like this happen if the battery is bad.

 

Take it to the dealer and have them check it out.
