Hello everyone!

 

My 87 GL has this thing i believe is some sort of regulating valve connected to the carb bowl vent (?) and intake manifold vacuum. It also has a third hose going from the underside that isn't connected to anything. So my question is what purpose it has and should the third be connected to something?
