Started digging in on finding my rough cold start idle issue and this plugged off line from the canister made itself obvious. The canister is located in the front passenger side of the engine bay and has 3 lines coming off of it, and the middle one is plugged.

 

I cant find where this line was originally supposed to go... any ideas or a link to a good diagram?

Knew I would find it soon as I asked... Solenoid valve VI is the name on the vacuum diagram that was right above my fat head.
