i am having a problem with a 1993 subaru wrx RHD.

 

it had a ej20 swaped into it before coil on plug.

motor blew got a new motor close to same year just new style coils and everthing is plugged in the same but i have no spark.

i have 12 v to the coils but it wont fire i checked chank and cam sensors. is there some sort of security system with the newer computers or wiring im missing?

its been a month and i really need hel starting it.

Just a wag here but my guess is the sensors from the blown engine are different from the replacement engine.
