I have a 2004 Subaru Impreza.Recently it doesn't allow me to pump gas in at a regular flow.Had the gas tank fixes several months ago.It also has the engine light on.Can someone tell me how to fix these 2 problems?? Thank You.

Replace the charcoal canister.
