Wires into white connector are: 2 WB, 1 WG & 1 Black/Blue with white stripes.

 

Should jumping pins 1& 2 to Ignition switch and connecting 4 to GND eliminate Security Module and start car?

looks to be normally closed.

 

Grounding pin 4 would open the circuit.
