I have been lurking here for since I got my Impreza 6 years ago, and I wanted to finally join so I could say thank you to the providers of this forum. When I've had suspected mechanical issues, I've checked here to see if anyone had experienced something similar with their Subaru, and often picked up good advice and information.

My Impreza is just about to hit 90,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least another 90,000. Thanks for keeping me on the road fellow Subaru owners!

welcome.  your car is in good hands here, it's about the most technically accurate and competent forum around. at least in density and with low numbers of anecdotal references.  other forums have great members (many of which are here too LOL) but are diluted by arguments, anecdotal references, inexperienced new car owners, and opinions that sifting through that to get to the best current practices is hard. much easier to do here.
