I have a '91 Legacy Wagon, replaced engine & ECU in Feb. it just started to 'surge' a bit at idle & when I go up a long steep hill it 'lugs' out & stalls I can get it started again & It'll run fine I disconnected Bat. for 7 hours to remove memory in ECU, any other ideas?
