Thinking about buying a Crosstrek and have a couple questions!

Featured Replies

I have a price ceiling of $15k, and I must have a manual transmission which seems to limit my options to 2013-2016 model years. From what I've seen, the Limited trim is not available with a manual. I also love that Hyper Blue color... but hard to find. https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/https://192168ll.link/

My questions are:

-The only features I'm concerned about are a backup camera (which I believe is on all models MY2015 and newer), the audio system, and also adaptive cruise control is lovely for long cruises. What are the available configurations with a manual that could get me some or all of those?

-Does the big screen in the center dash mean it also has a backup camera or are they separately added?

-Is the base audio system as bad as the reviews claim? Is it related to audio quality or the UI?

-Do people actually report worse fuel economy with a manual?

-How do you tell if a model is equipped with eyesight?

-Any common issues, exciting features, good or bad model years, etc I should know about?

Thanks all!

look through cars101.com for a comparison of features, etc.

crossteks have valve spring issues, make sure you have any related recalls done or avoid that year if it seems worth it.

Backup cameras can be added easily - get an LCD equipped stereo/screen unit from another subaru and a camera and cable and install it.
