04 Forester XT JDM 2.0 swap

 I recently put a JDM 2.0 DOHC into my XT. I swapped all electrical components but left the JDM cams on it. It runs just fine and the only code I get is for p1086(tumble generator sensor) but it definitely doesn't have the power I would expect. I ran diagnostics for timing while driving and the baseline is 17 and when I accelerate it jumps to 42.5 then continues to drop. 

I work on Subarus and have swapped plenty of non turbo jdms with great success but this is a little out of my league.
