I'm moving to Brownsville TX in about a month.

 

What kind of stuff do they do for the inspection, how often is it? Emissions testing required? Etc..? Also, how bad are plates $$wise? I've got 3 cars to re-register, so not too much hopefully...

 

I'll be in the city of Brownsville, Cameron County if that makes a difference.
