I bought a 91 Legacy bout 3 years ago, I have NEVER seen the CEL come on, on start or not, it didnt come on when the head gaskets went, nor when the ECM went bad? isnt it sposed to come on sometime?

My CEL comes on when I turn the ignition key to the first click. Same with batt and alt lights. You could have a bad bulb.
