Turbo outback build

As you read I’m doing a turbo outback build on my 02 Impreza outback. Long story short not n known by me the og owner swapped the engine (ej251) for a ej20. I went in to do cam seals and found the seal seat was destroyed after debate much debate I decided to keep the ej20 and put some dohc turbo heads on it. My buddy had a Jdm ej20 with lh 003 and rh009 heads for $200usd I grabbed it. He has a lot of the parts I need (up pipe, turbo, intercooler, ecu,etc etc…)

I was hoping someone here might have some tips or pointers and also a website or anything I can use to get accurate parts for this I need cam gears head gaskets etc so if we can figure out what car year etc this is from or what I can search it up as I’d appreciate it pics attached of heads
