Hey this is my first post. I got a 2003 rally blue wrx and i love that car to death! I just had some concerns about it. When i'm driving it makes a creaking noise when i accelerate and when i stop. At times, it does it while i'm driving. I'm thinking it's the suspension.

 

Also another concern is when i'm going fast then slow down, i get a burning oil smell in my car. I'm sure that's not normal, but if anyone can answer these questions, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!!!

bushes and if it is on warranty let them fix it. Rock the car front and rear and try to find it that way. We used to spray rubber lube on the bushes to try to cure this.

Odds are the smell is a small oil leak onto the exhaust.
