Hi the rear wiper on my 99 Legacy Wagon doesn't work. Front wipers work.

Earth to motor frame is OK. Unplugged motor, no voltage on any of wiring plug contacts when switch operated.

Should I look at relay next please? Where is it please?

Have wiring diagram last page in Haynes!

I believe you will find it in the right rear quarter panel area underneath the trim panel ,posible attached to the rear srtut tower or just behind where the compartment is on the right side trim
