Whats the ratio of the rear end in a 98 legacy?

I think it's either 4.11 or 4.44, do you know where I would look to be sure? Is it in the owner's manual?

 

It's got the 2.2L with the 4EAT transmission.

Might try the legcay central board for ratios.

 

Next step is to see what the rear diff rati ois on a WRX:D
