Hi, I have a 1988 subaru gl hatchback, It has the ea81 motor with the ea82 intake manifold and a webber carb. I had to pull the distributor to get the manifold on, I forgot to mark it (completly slipped my mind) and now i can't for the life of me get the timming right. OR i have the timming right and somthing else is wrong. either way I have the ecm visable and i didn't connect anything, i just simply turned the key to the on position and it gives me code 13, anyone know what this means?

So the starter switch is stuck in the ON position.
