Need help with a seat belt retractor that doesn't work--1991 Legacy SW 2.2. Anyone have wiring diagrams? The driver's side retractor stays in the "up" position (like it's supposed to when the door is closed), so it's OK to drive. But when the door is opened, the retractor doesn't come "down" to move the seat belt away from you. I bet there's a couple of switches and relays and stuff that need to be checked, but I have no idea where to start looking. And where the heck is the motor that makes the thing retract, anyway ? Any help appreciated.
