Thanks so much for your response. I appreciate the time you took to post the link.

 

It appears that my 01 legacy is prone to an external HG leak. I will follow up to ensure that the coolant conditioner is installed.

 

Any other advise would be helpful.

PS: Is it a serious enough issue to sell/trade the car. Just bought the car. It has 65,000 Miles. It was dealer maintained. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
