Leaky power Steering resovoir

Ok my 95 2.2 is leaking it seems from the little resovoir above the pump.

Is this a common problem and is there an available seal or something that I can replace?

Rather not buy a new one but will whilst Im building up my list of things to replace (Knock sensor/timing belt/leads and so on).

Pretty mechanically minded so it I can do it myself easily.
