Ive got a 93 impreza L wagon. I bought with a high km 1.8 in it. It runs well enough, but is waaay underpowered and useless on the highway. I found a guy selling a 2.5 over my local forum. Its the obd II out of a 2000 RS so no head gasket issues. It has 200,000 kms on it, but he assures me it runs well. He wants 400 cdn. THis price includes harness, ecu, water pump, cross member and any thing else not needed for a ej 20 swap.

The timing belt will also need replacing.

Sound alright, or should I keep looking?

Any advice or caveats would be cool
