April 7, 200521 yr I see all of these lifts BYB, AA, ect and I don't see any of them adding more suspension travel. Does it even matter. There is alot more ground clearance I can see. By the way that AA lift looks pretty cool. It would be nice to hear how it works after a bunch of people use them.
April 7, 200521 yr I'm not Lifted..but i'm running 180 MM of travel all round.... That's a little over 7 inches.. That's my custom bilstien rally set-up
April 7, 200521 yr Author How much does the stock travel have. On a GL. Tell me more about your custom billstine settup.
April 7, 200521 yr a stock ea82 has around 5.5-6" all around. The cvs are capable of 10-11" of travel with a bias towards uptravel (ie 4" down, 7" up), which would be an advantage when jumping, but not really helpful for flex. If you want equal up/downtravel I think around 8" maybe a bit more in the rear is all thats possible.
