Put drive belt back on after doing timing belt replacement. Within a few days the drive belt got completely twisted around. Bought new belt and replaced the old one. Been a couple weeks and new belt has started twisting. Wondering if maybe one of the pulleys is bent or out of alignment? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If they are bent you can usually eyeball it.

 

I might guess you arent getting it on tight enough.
