Needed: wrenching help in seattle for o2 sensor

Featured Replies

yep, got the new/used o2 sensors for my bad one but need someone with the correct wrench and knowhow to install...the board member sent along a tip about grounding a gray wire to the chassis but the wire side of the sensor looks nothing like the one i have on there now and i am not about to chance anything...the rig is pinging really really bad and this is after setting back the timing and premium gas :(

thanx for any and all help!

you can rent the wrench from autozone for free, it worked great for me. Its a real easy job to do, you shouldnt have any troubles doing it yourself

The early ones had a O2 connection that looks like a spark plug connector sort of, if that part is the same installing it is easy, unscrew the old ,screw in the new, plug the wire on the body harness wire. OH yea make sure the wire is'nt going to rub on the cv shaft.
