ok, got some nice comfy gl10 seats today(thanx mark!) and he suggested for added firmness(something about me being a little over the average in the weight catergory :) ), to add a couple of springs to underneath, to shore things up so to speak, so, want to take a few from the seats that i have in there now but cant figure out how to get them out...the ends are pretty curved so you really cant push them out, plus, i'm pretty dumb and cant figure it out..

 

help please???
